Staying stain-free with Dr Beckmann Stain Devils Survival Kit

A new school year means a completely new set of uniform as the boys have shot up over the summer. One thing that always makes me a little anxious about them going back to school is the fact they can leave the house all neat and tidy yet when you pick them, a completely different child is standing in front of you. Their sweatshirt has been discarded, and there are food stains or pen marks on their polo shirts.

Last year, E came out sporting a huge pen mark on the back of his shirt after just the first day, I mean seriously?! I’ve always struggled to get these marks out and have tried a good few stain removers in the past. We were recently sent the Dr Beckmann Stain Devils Survival Kit – a brand I’d not tried before so I was interested to see if this would end my stain removal woes once and for all.

The Stain Devil Survival Kit comes with three bottles that each tackle different types of stains. The first bottle is for use on things like tea, red wine, fruit and juice. The second bottle for cooking oil and fat and lastly the third bottle is for removing stains from pen and felt tip marks. As a whole, the kit can remove over 40 stains.

Right on cue, E came out after his second day of school with pen down the front of his top, so it was perfect timing to test out the Stain Devils kit.

I followed the instructions and popped a towel underneath the shirt before covering the stain with the solution and leaving it to soak for 10 minutes. I then popped it into the wash and voila – the stain disappeared! The whole process was quick and easy and took less than a few minutes of my time to pop the solution onto the stain.

Having this survival kit in my cupboard means I am well prepared for anything the boys challenge me with. Be it pen, food, paint or glue stains I know I will be covered. It’s also rather handy for when I happen to get food on myself too!

Dr Beckmann Stain Devils Survival Kit is available from most supermarkets and is priced at £3.99.

  1. Think I could do with some of these, Booey walks home through the park with her friends and always comes home with a mark on her clothes somewhere!

  4. Oh these look really good, I like that there are different formulas for different types of stain. My children come home from school looking so filthy, I don’t know what they get up to there to end up in such a state! x #KCACOLS

  5. Oh I’ve heard such good things about these. I remember having one of their products a few years back and I loved it. I need to buy more!
