It can be hard to fill six weeks of the summer with activities – especially when the weather changes so drastically from one day to the next. One of the activities my boys really enjoy doing is trampolining, after all, what’s not to love when you get to bounce around to your heart’s content? We were invited along to try out the Jump In Trampoline Park in Slough last week and when I told the boys where we were headed they couldn’t wait!

The Jump In Trampoline Park in Slough is situated just outside the main town centre on an Industrial Estate. It was easy enough to find and there were ample spaces to park up outside.

We made sure we arrived half an hour early to allow us time check-in at the reception desk, sign waivers (we had already done this online) and to watch the safety video. You are given a coloured wrist band for your time slot and some anti-slip socks that have grips on the soles. The safety video was short and snappy and only 3 mins long. This meant the kids were not bored watching it and took all the information in before their jump session. Once the video was over, the boys were off!

Not just a Trampoline Park

Jump In Trampoline Park, Slough is so much more than just a trampoline park. There is a soft play area for younger children, an enclosed mini jump area for children under 5, a foam pit, battle beam, tumble track, dodge ball court, giant air bag and drop slides. Its been well thought out, and would most definitely work well if you have children in different age groups.

It didn’t take long for the boys to get stuck in, they started off in the open jump area before venturing into the dodgeball court and slides. There was an airbag slide they wanted to go on but unfortunately, this was closed – it didn’t stop their fun though, there was plenty for them to explore and try out.

I took myself off to the cafe to gather some refreshments for them, all that bouncing around is thirsty work after all. The cafe serves hot food, sandwiches and drinks with plenty of seating available for adults and highchairs for little ones too.

The boys were booked in for a 2-hour jump session and they were having so much fun they didn’t want to leave at the end. We’ve been to other trampoline parks before but they were nothing like Jump In. They asked to go back straight after their session and declared it the best trampoline park they’ve ever been to so I think we will most definitely be returning!
