I’ve had a lovely summer with the boys and although I have been working, I managed to take a couple of weeks off to do things. We packed in lots of lovely days out and have been to Brooklands Museum, Bird World, Alice Holt for the Gruffalo Trail and copious amounts of picnics and barbecues, we and even managed some water park fun!

The summer seems to have flown by and this time next week I am going to be a nervous wreck as my eldest will be starting reception! I still can’t quite believe it.

We have a short break coming up this weekend which we are all looking forward to. Hubby has been working hard all year and hasn’t had much time off so it really is much needed family time. We’ll be staying at a lovely family friendly hotel and I’ll get some time to myself in the spa -I  can’t wait! Roll on the weekend!
