A New Year – Living Arrows 1/52

This will be my third year (seriously, where does the time go?) joining in with Living Arrows, a linky that celebrates childhood where you share photos of your children each week. I love being able to look back on these posts to see how the boys have changed over the years. If you fancy joining in too it’s run by the lovely Donna over at What the Redhead Said.

I have to be honest, the second week of the Christmas break did not go the way I imagined. Mr H had a bad cold over Christmas which I ended up catching and I have only just gotten over the worst of it. Every time I coughed my head hurt and night time was the worst as that’s when the coughing would start. It meant that we spent most of the last week at home so we watched lots of movies, built Lego and played board games. Even though it wasn’t as I’d planned, it meant the boys had lots of downtime to rest and relax.

I mustered up some energy to meet my mother-in-law on Saturday so we took the tube to meet her at Westfield Stratford. The boys always love a tube ride – I think they were happy to be out and about after being cooped up at home!

  1. I hope you’re feeling better now. From what I’ve heard pretty much everyone was sick over Christmas! Thanks so much for joining in again this year, I can’t wait to see where 2020 takes you! x

  2. So many people seem to have been ill this Christmas! I hope you’re all feeling better now and I’ll look forward to seeing what adventures you and the boys get up to this year 🙂
