Floral Fun – Living Arrows 28/53

I can’t believe the weekend is over so quickly and we’re back around to Monday again. The boys received their end of year reports on Friday. It’s so nice to read about what they’re like at school. Both had really good reports and are where they should be. It seems that E has a flair for English and Art (like his parents!) as well as Foreign Languages just like his late Uncle. As for M, apparently, one of his favourite things about school is “having lunch” which made me laugh.

We were supposed to be going into London for a film premiere of the new Thomas movie on Saturday but I was feeling under the weather with some kind of 24-hour bug so we didn’t make it in the end. It’s a real shame as I know that M would have absolutely loved it. I’ll have to make sure to take him to the cinema when it’s released on the 20th July instead.

Sunday (thankfully I was feeling much better) so we popped into Kingston to buy some bits and pieces for our holiday to Spain in a couple of weeks.

Kingston has been filled with flowers and floral popups to celebrate the arrival of Summer and the Hampton Court Flower Show. It was really lovely to see the town brightened up with beautiful floral baskets.

Shopping is hungry work so we popped into Las Iguanas for a spot of lunch and the boys had their new favourite dessert – Churros! I do like it in Las Iguanas, they have a great Latin-American menu.churros-las-iguanas

All in all, it was a successful shopping day. Mr H managed to buy his holiday gear and the boys now have 845 t-shirts and short combination to last them forever!

I’m sharing weekly photos of the boys to celebrate their childhood and linking up to the Living Arrows linky
