Our PortAventura Holiday – Living Arrows 35/52

I’m so late with this week’s Living Arrow post. I had planned to post while we were away on holiday but we were so tired every night that we just flopped into bed. We flew out to Barcelona on Thursday afternoon and then drove our hire car to PortAventura where we checked in for the week.

I will be writing up some posts about our PortAventura experience. It’s unlike any holiday we’ve been on before and being one of the biggest theme parks in Europe we walked miles every day. The boys absolutely loved it though and we have already talked about going back again when M is tall enough for the bigger rides! The photos below are from our first evening in the park, on our first rollercoaster in the dark as they are open until midnight every night in the summer.

Aside from spending lots of time at the park, we did also manage to have some downtime by the hotel pool and explore the local area a little too. The photos below are of Tarragona where we went to explore some Roman ruins.

I’m sharing weekly photos of the boys to celebrate their childhood and linking up to the Living Arrows linky
