Instructions
Preheat oven to 180 degrees
Melt the dark chocolate and butter in a bowl. (Or pop in the microwave for 2 mins)
In a separate bowl, sift in the cocoa powder, add the plain flour, caster sugar and baking powder and mix together.
Add in the melted chocolate and butter to the dry ingredients and mix.
Whisk eggs and add to the brownie mixture.
Pop the brownie mix into a lined baking tray and cook in the middle shelf for 20-25 minutes
