Chocolate Brownies

  • 250 g Butter
  • 200 g Dark Chocolate
  • 80 g Cocoa Powder
  • 65 g Plain Flour
  • 360 g Caster Sugar
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 4 Eggs


  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees
  • Melt the dark chocolate and butter in a bowl. (Or pop in the microwave for 2 mins)
  • In a separate bowl, sift in the cocoa powder, add the plain flour, caster sugar and baking powder and mix together.
  • Add in the melted chocolate and butter to the dry ingredients and mix.
  • Whisk eggs and add to the brownie mixture.
  • Pop the brownie mix into a lined baking tray and cook in the middle shelf for 20-25 minutes
