When I was pregnant with my eldest I wanted to soak up everything I could find on the pregnancy, the baby and being a new mum. There was a wealth of information available in the form of books, magazines, websites and baby forums. Many of these however, were aimed solely at mums and the same sort of resources were not offered out to new dads.

Fast forward a decade and I am pleased to report that things have definitely moved on since then. Nowadays, there are a plethora of resources available for new parents-to-be (and many more gadgets too!)

This is a detailed book which allows you to delve into what to expect during pregnancy, the delivery, first few days, weeks and months right up to when the baby turns 1. Each chapter is organised and broken down into easy to read chunks.
